1.) Selecting Your Favorite Photos:

While you are deciding what photos to use in your Personalized Custom Calendar, you should keep in mind that your horizontal photos are best suited for custom calendars. When horizontal photos are enlarged and printed they will usually cover the entire page. (minus a 1/2 inch white boarder)

Vertical photos cannot be enlarged to cover an 8 1/2 x 11 page. (without looking disproportional). They still can be used, however, they will not cover the entire page like horizontal photos. When using vertical photos, many customers select two different photos for that calendar month. (additional charge)

Note: Your photos can range in size from 2 x 3 inches up to 8 1/2 x 14. We can not make calendars from slides or copyrighted photos.  You can use our on-line order system to upload your images to us.

2.) Labeling And Sending Your Favorite Photos:!

Label the backs of each photo with the your name and the calendar month or day photo date. (you can place address labels on the back of each picture or even post-it notes)

We can process your digital photos from CD-ROM or accept them on-line. An ideal image resolution is between 200-600 dpi or 2.0+ mega pixels and a file type of .tiff or jpeg .

Note: All photos are returned with your order.

3.) Complete The Order Form & Mail:

Complete order form and print two copies using additional paper if required to identify your personal text events (e.g., Happy Birthday Nikki, Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad). See order form for number of text events included for free with your order.

Place your order and photos in envelope and mail to the address on the order form. You may want to write or have the Post Office stamp your envelope with the words photos, fragile or both.

4.) All Done:

You will receive your Picture Perfect Calendar in 2-4 weeks. If your email address is on your order form, you will receive two emails, the first one will indicate that we have received your order and the second one will indicate that your order has been shipped. If you completed our on-line order form your calendar status will be updated on-line and you may check your calendar order status at any time.
